PENDAHULUAN ETIKA SEBAGAI TINJAUAN

v  Pengertian Etika

Etika berasal dari bahasa Yunani yaitu ethos yang berarti karakter, watak kesusilaan atau adat kebiasaan dimana etika berhubungan erat dengan konsep individu atau kelompok sebagai alat penilai kebenaran atau evaluasi terhadap sesuatu yang telah dilakukan. Etika memang pada akhirnya menghimbau orang untuk bertindak sesuai dengan moralitas, tetapi bukan karena tindakan itu diperintahkan oleh moralitas (nenek moyang, orang tua, ataupun guru), melainkan karena ia sendiri tahu bahwa hal itu memang baik baginya. Sadar secara kritis dan rasional bahwa ia memang sudah sepantasnya bertindak seperti itu.

v  Prinsip-prinsip Etika

Dalam peradaban sejarah manusia sejak abad keempat sebelum Masehi para pemikir telah mencoba menjabarkan berbagai corak landasan etika sebagai pedoman hidup bermasyarakat. Prinsip Etika yaitu, keindahan, persamaan, kebaikan, keadilan, kebebasan, dan kebenaran.

·         Prinsip Keindahan

Prinsip ini mendasari segala sesuatu yang mencakup penikmatan rasa senang terhadap keindahan. Berdasarkan prinsip ini, manusia memperhatikan nilai-nilai keindahan dan ingin menampakkan sesuatu yang indah dalam perilakunya.

·         Prinsip Persamaan

Setiap manusia pada hakikatnya memiliki hak dan tanggung jawab yang sama. Prinsip ini melandasi perilaku yang tidak diskriminatif atas dasar apapun.

·         Prinsip Kebaikan

Prinsip ini mendasari perilaku individu untuk selalu berupaya berbuat kebaikan dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Manusia pada hakikatnya selalu ingin berbuat baik, karena dengan berbuat baik dia akan dapat diterima oleh lingkungannya.

v  Egoisme

Egoisme merupakan motivasi untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pandangan yang hanya menguntungkan diri sendiri. Egoisme berarti menempatkan diri di tengah satu tujuan serta tidak peduli dengan penderitaan orang lain, termasuk yang dicintainya atau yang dianggap sebagai teman dekat. Istilah lainnya adalah "egois".

Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan narsisme atau “mencintai diri sendiri”., dan kecenderungan mungkin untuk berbicara atau menulis tentang diri sendiri dengan rasa sombong dan panjang lebar. Egoism dapat hidup berdampingan dengan kepentingannya sendir, bahkan pada saat penolakan orang lain.

Studi kasus : Jajan anak sekolah berbahaya

Jajanan berbahaya banyak ditemukan disekolah-sekolah. Berburu jajanan, merupakan aktivitas anak-anak pada waktu istirahat. Mereka tidak dapat membedakan mana makanan yang baik dan makanan yang berbahaya, makanan yang berwarna-warni lah yang dapat menarik anak-anak tanpa memikirkan kesehatan.

Warna mencolok, harga murah, dan kerapkali rasanya enak dari pengalaman beberapa kali mencicipi jadi daya tarik yang membuat kita tak tahan untuk merogoh kocek membeli jajanan. Nah, kebutuhan jajan atau ngemil ini selain di sekolah-sekolah juga bisa Anda dapatkan di pasar, terminal, dan di sudut-sudut keramaian.

Berangkat dari kecurigaan jajanan yang beredar tak layak konsumsi, razia dilakukan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan atau BPOM serta walikota setempat. Tak pelak, pedagang jajanan di lingkungan sekolah ketar-ketir. Namun, mereka hanya bisa pasrah. Beberapa jajanan itu diduga mengandung bahan tambahan kimia yang berbahaya bagi tubuh.

Cemilan yang dicurigai mengandung zat berbahaya bagi tubuh disampling dan dibawa ke laboratorium untuk diperiksa BPOM. Benar saja, setelah lewat pemrosesan lab hasilnya salah satu bahan kimia berbahaya ditambahkan pada makanan, yaitu pewarna tekstil. Nama kimianya Rhodamin B dan Metahnil Tellow. Salah satu ciri makanan yang mengandung bahan kimia ini yaoti warnanya terlihat mencolok.

Sejumlah pedagang jajanan mungkin hanya berpikir bagaimana agar jajanan yang dijualnya menarik perhatian pembeli. Penambahan pewarna menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan. Padahal jika dikonsumsi dalam waktu lama akan sangat membahayakan kesehatan. Tak hanya sebabkan gangguan perut jika konsumsi berlebihan, tapi ada bahaya lain mengintai.

Tanggapan saya secara pribadi :

Didalam dunia bisnis memang keuntungan lah yang ingin dicapai bagaimana pun cara nya, tanpa memikirkan dampak negative dari tindakan nya tersebut. Bicara soal sasaran jajanan tentulah anak-anak yang menjadi sasaran, karena anak-anak belum mengetahui apakah makanan atau jajanan yang mereka makan itu aman atau tidak.

Untuk itu diperlukan pengawasan dan perhatian dari orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar. Dan tentunya harus ada kesadaran dan rasa kejujuran untuk para pedagang. Untuk dapat menjajakan makanan yang aman dan sehat untuk masyarakat.

The greater the interest, the bond prices will be higher, and conversely the lower the interest rates will lower the selling price.

2. Bond futures, serial bonds, and bonds can be redeemed

3. Konventibel bonds backed goods and big discount

4. Registered bonds and fiat (coupon)

5. Profit and revenue bonds

Ø  Accounting for Bond Issuance

There are several terms in accounting for the listing of bonds:

·         Face value is the value of the printed bonds or bonds listed on the letter. This value indicates the amount to be paid when the bond matures.

·         The maturity date is the date on which bonds have been issued to be paid.

·         The interest is a fee to be paid in addition to payment for the bonds' nominal value. This interest can be paid monthly, or can be paid each year. Interest on the bonds is calculated based on a certain percentage of the nominal value of bonds.

·         Date interest is the bond interest payment date, usually within one year paid twice.

Ø  Recording of Bond Expenditures

Bonds issued are recorded in the accounts at nominal value. The sale price is not equal to nominal bonds, the difference is accounted for separately which if sold at the nominal difference is noted in the bond premium account, if the selling price is below the nominal value, the difference is recorded in the account of a discount bond.

Bond expenditures may be recorded in two ways:
